Kid's Cafe
A national program of Feeding America, Kid's Cafe aims to address the problem of childhood hunger in communities. Kid's Cafe provide youth at risk of hunger with an evening meal, tutoring and enrichment activities three nights a week throughout the school year in a safe and nuturing environment. In cooperation with Main St. United Methodist and Second Harvest, FBC sponsors Kid's Cafe on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights from 6:00-7:15pm. There are 25 children in the program from grades 1-5. If you are interested in volunteering as a tutor, please contact the church office.
